Recommendation for a refund with interest for the extra fee charged by the private hospital
Ombudsman Institution KDK decided to recommend that the fee of 34 thousand 638 lira, collected from a person who had a herniated disc surgery in a private hospital, in violation of the provisions of the Health Practice Communiqué, be refunded together with legal interest.
