About Us
About news101.org
news101.org is an independent international news aggregation platform dedicated to making global journalism accessible across language boundaries. Founded in 2024, we serve readers across more than 40 countries who rely on us for timely, accurate, and multilingual access to the world's most important stories.
Our Mission
The world produces more news than any single person can read — and most of it remains inaccessible to those who don't speak the language it was written in. news101.org was built to solve that problem. Our mission is simple: deliver international news to every reader, in their own language, from sources they can trust.
We believe an informed public is the foundation of a healthy society. By aggregating journalism from the world's most respected newsrooms and making it available in 10 languages, we help bridge the gap between global events and local understanding.
What We Do
news101.org is a news aggregator. We do not produce original reporting. Instead, our platform continuously monitors over 36 established international news sources — including BBC News, Al Jazeera, France 24, Deutsche Welle, TechCrunch, ESPN, and others — and presents their content in an organized, searchable, multilingual format.
Every article published on news101.org:
- Is clearly attributed to its original source publication
- Includes a direct link to the original article
- Is categorized into one of our 35+ topic categories
- Is available in up to 10 languages
We never alter the factual content of articles. We never publish articles without source attribution. Our platform is transparent about the nature of news aggregation.
Our Sources
We partner with and aggregate content from internationally recognized news organizations. Our sources include wire services, national broadcasters, newspapers of record, and specialized publications covering technology, business, sports, science, and culture. All sources are evaluated for editorial standards and reliability before being included in our feed.
Our current sources include: BBC News, Al Jazeera, France 24, Euronews, Deutsche Welle (in multiple languages), TRT Haber, Sabah, Le Monde, NPR, TechCrunch, The Verge, Wired, ESPN, BBC Sport, Ars Technica, and more. View our full source list.
Languages We Support
news101.org currently offers content in 10 languages: English, Russian, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic, and Azerbaijani. Language selection is automatic based on your browser settings, but you can switch at any time using the language selector at the top of any page.
Editorial Standards
As a news aggregator, our editorial responsibility is to our users — ensuring that the sources we feature meet a high standard of accuracy and integrity:
- Source vetting: We only aggregate from established news organizations with clear editorial policies.
- Neutral aggregation: We do not editorialize, add opinion, or alter the factual content of aggregated articles.
- Transparency: Every article clearly shows its origin, publication date, and source name.
- Category accuracy: Our automated categorization system assigns articles to relevant topic categories for easier navigation.
- Correction policy: We promptly investigate and address content correction requests submitted via our contact page.
