Russia will go to the UN court due to “infringement of the rights of Russians” in the Baltic countries
The Russian Federation intends to appeal to the International Court of Justice due to the “policy of infringement of the rights of Russians” in the Baltic countries, the Foreign Ministry said. The department believes that since the beginning of a full-scale war there has been a “sharp surge in Russophobia.”
