ERR: Estonia will prohibit Russians and Belarusians from buying real estate without a permanent residence permit

The Estonian Ministry of Internal Affairs has prepared amendments to the law on restrictions on the acquisition of real estate. The changes that will affect citizens of Russia and Belarus should come into force on January 1, 2027.
