Türk Standardları Enstitüsü TSE, geleneksel lezzetlerden çekme helva için hazırladığı "TS 13028" standardıyla ürünün içeriğinden kimyasal özelliklerine, ambalajlanmasından etiketlenmesine kadar tüm süreçleri kayıt altına aldı. Yeni düzenlemeyle çeşnili ürünlerde Antep fıstığı ve ceviz gibi katkıların oranı en az yüzde 15 olacak.
