Bloomberg: Oil refining in the Russian Federation fell to a minimum in 17 years

The number of attacks by Ukraine on the oil infrastructure of the Russian Federation has reached its maximum since December 2025, oil refining has decreased to 4.69 million barrels per day, Bloomberg writes. There were at least 21 Ukrainian attacks in April.
