Spain.. Demands for Sanchez’s resignation after his wife was officially accused of corruption
Official corruption charges have been brought against Begonia Gomez, the wife of Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez. Gomez has denied wrongdoing and Sanchez dismissed the allegations against his wife as an attempt by the right to undermine his government. The opposition demanded his resignation.
