As rescue efforts in communities buried by catastrophic flash floods along the border between Nepal and China entered their fourth day Saturday, authorities continued finding survivors and transporting them to safety. Nepal officials say the death toll has continues to rise in Wednesday's floods that washed away communities in Nepal and Tibet, which is held by China. About 2,500 people are missing in both areas.
