Kongo Demokratik Cumhuriyeti'nin KDC doğusunda faaliyet gösteren 23 Mart Hareketi M23 adlı isyancı grubun Haziran 2026'da düzenlediği saldırılarda en az 114 sivil hayatını kaybetti, 17 kişi kaçırıldı.
