Le préfet de police de Paris avait demandé aux organisateurs de Solidays et de la Marche des fiertés d’annuler ces événements, craignant que l’affluence de plusieurs centaines de milliers de personnes puisse « créer un risque élevé de sursollicitation d’un dispositif sanitaire déjà mobilisé dans ses limites ». Soixante et un départements sont maintenus en vigilance rouge pour la journée de vendredi.
