A New York federal judge has refused to dismiss the case against the deposed Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro and his wife over the pair's apparent inability to afford their legal bill without aid from the Venezuelan government. Maduro cut a relaxed figure on Thursday as he made his second court appearance since his capture by US forces in an extraordinary nighttime raid. At least 70 people were missing after a migrant boat, which left the Libyan coaat, capsized in the Mediterranean, an Italian NGO said Sunday. Two people died and 32 were rescued from the vessels, said the NGO.
