Speaking with FRANCE 24's Sharon Gaffney, Guntram Wolff, Senior Fellow at Bruegel, says that "any weapon we buy as Europeans from the United States is a liability both in terms of technology dependence but also in terms of missing growth and domestic ecosystem that would develop".
