قضت محكمة الاستئناف بأن حظر ترامب للجوء على الحدود غير قانوني

قضت محكمة استئناف أميركية، الجمعة، بأن قوانين الهجرة تسمح للأشخاص بتقديم طلبات اللجوء على الحدود، ولا يستطيع الرئيس تجاوز ذلك. وينبع القرار من إعلان ترامب أن الوضع الحدودي غزو وتعليق اللجوء.

A U.S. appeals court ruled Friday that immigration laws allow people to apply for asylum at the border, and the president cannot bypass this. The decision stems from Trump declaring the border situation an invasion and suspending asylum.
